My name is Chaanah Mortlock, I’m a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor and enjoy
working with people to assist them in understanding themselves or help them to work towards
their goals.
Looking after your mind is just as important as caring for the rest of your body and as a Hypnotherapist and counsellor I can assist you in doing this. From relaxation, phobias, to habits or maybe you need a little extra confidence for a big event. Perhaps you have an event from the past that still haunts you; so much so that it interferes with your day to day living and well being. Whatever this is we can achieve this together.
When unwanted feelings and emotions begin to emerge from the past or from present and ongoing situations they can be rather painful and sometimes difficult to manage or understand; making them hard to work through for what seems almost impossible to find closure. We will find ways to deal with the pain which can sometimes work against us later on down the line, as we will suppress these feeling to stop/ease the pain.
This could be because of a loss, abuse (sexual, physical or psychological) stress & anxiety, relationships or just that you need someone talk to, to air your thoughts or concerns.
By chatting to me we can work through this so that you are able to eventually find that closure and to gain the control over your life and those confusing emotions.
