Quit smoking in one session!
I use a combination of techniques. It’s enjoyable and very, very successful and will work if you want it to work. One session will be approximately 2 hours.
I will always invite potential clients to come for an initial 2 hour consultation. The purpose of this is
to learn if smoking cessation is suitable for you, and allows you, the client, to learn about the therapy session, hypnosis and ask any questions you may have.
If you choose to go ahead with the therapy, it also allows me to obtain the relevant information so that I can tailor your therapy to suit your needs and current life style in order for it to be successful.
I liken this to having a suit tailor made for you. You could go to the high street and purchase a very good suit, which would fit a treat, but maybe you would need to take up the trousers, and the sleeves on the jacket could do with being a little longer. But if you were to have one especially made just for your figure and body line, how much better would it fit? It would be perfect as it has been made for you in mind.
